How do I place my order?

Placing an order at Trenqu is easy! Simply browse our collection, select your desired product, and click the “Add to Cart” button. Once you're ready, proceed to checkout and follow the prompts to complete your order. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed!

How long will it take to ship my order?

Orders are processed and shipped within 5-10 business days. Depending on your location, delivery may take an additional 1-2 weeks for international orders. We’ll send you an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped!

I’m having trouble tracking my order.

Tracking numbers may take 1-2 days to appear in the carrier's system. If your tracking number is still not active after this time, please reach out to the carrier directly or contact us, and we’ll be happy to help!

What should i do if my tracking number isn’t working?

Orders typically ship within 5 to 10 business days. For international orders, transit will take an additional 1 to 2 weeks.

If your order has not arrived after 10 business days (domestic) and 20 business days (international), please contact our team, we are happy to assist.

When will my card be charged?

Just after your order has been successfully placed.

What should i do if my package is missing?

Although most deliveries arrive as expected, sometimes the tracking status shows “delivered” even though you haven’t found your package. If this happens, please follow these steps:

is there a cancellation fee?

If your order is eligible for cancellation, you will not be charged any fee.

How do i exchange my items?

Currently, we do not offer a direct exchange option. If you have any issues with your purchase, please contact our customer service within 7 business days of receiving your order. We will then determine if a replacement or refund is appropriate.

How do i apply a promot code at checkout?

To redeem a valid promo code, simply add your desired products to your cart, proceed to checkout, and enter the code in the designated field.

Can I make changes to my order after I’ve placed it?

Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately to ensure fast shipping. Unfortunately, we cannot modify or cancel orders once they’ve been confirmed. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
